Educational Qualifications:

Three-Stage Selection:

Computer-Based Test (CBT)

120 MCQs on relevant discipline

30 MCQs on General Ability (Reasoning, Aptitude)

No negative marking!

Minimum Qualifying Marks: UR/EWS: 50% (75/150)

SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 40% (60/150)

Group Discussion (GD) Weightage: 10% Assesses leadership, communication, and teamwork.

Personal Interview (PI) Weightage: 15% Focus on subject knowledge, personality, and clarity.

SJVN Executive Trainee Salary 2025

• Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000 (IDA Pattern)
